ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to drive business growth and expand our client portfolio. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and working closely with internal teams to convert leads into long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating revenue, strengthening market presence, and supporting the overall sales strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and outreach.
Generate qualified leads and build a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Support pitch development and participate in client meetings and presentations. - Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions aligned with company offerings.
Act as a key point of contact during early-stage discussions and negotiations. - Sales Strategy & Execution
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Project teams to develop growth strategies.
Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and commercial offers.
Support execution of campaigns and initiatives to drive brand visibility and engagement. - Market Research & Reporting
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
Maintain CRM records and update lead status, pipeline, and client interactions.
Provide regular reports and insights on business development activities.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience
4–6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition roles, preferably in B2B services, events, exhibitions, or related industries.
Skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Apollo) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Good understanding of sales pipelines and business development processes.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

We are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility and drive business growth. This role involves managing digital and offline marketing activities, coordinating campaigns, and working closely with internal teams to ensure consistent brand communication. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution
Assist in developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Coordinate with design and content teams to create impactful marketing materials.
Support brand positioning and ensure consistency across all communication platforms. - Digital Marketing & Social Media
Manage and update social media platforms with engaging and relevant content.
Support SEO, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns.
Monitor digital performance metrics and suggest improvements for better engagement. - Content & Creative Coordination
Assist in creating marketing content including posts, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
Work with creative teams to develop brand-aligned visuals and messaging.

REQUIREMENTS
Experience
